About the Job

As an Organizational Strategy Consultant, you will work closely with leading business companies and government offices, playing a key role in the development and implementation of organizational strategies. You will engage in in-depth analysis of organizational systems and lead complex changes and reforms that will significantly impact the organization and its business environment.

The work is project-based, diverse, and dynamic, involving teamwork with other consultants and managers.

The role includes:

  • Assessing organizations: Analyzing organizational structure, work processes, products, services, and management routines.
  • Formulating solutions: Providing recommendations to address organizational challenges.
  • Leading complex processes: Supporting significant changes and reforms with a major impact on the organization.
  • Working with senior executives: Direct collaboration with senior managers in both the public and private sectors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a leading academic institution in relevant fields – mandatory.
  • Master's degree in fields such as Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or Industrial Psychology – an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, creativity, excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in teams.
  • Previous experience in consulting – an advantage.
  • Fluent Hebrew, with strong writing and drafting skills.
  • High level of English.
